Role overview

As Community Program Manager, you will use your relationship-building ability, creativity, and execution skills to activate and grow vivenu’s community. The role is focused on building meaningful connections, strengthening brand engagement, and turning community activity into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Grow and energize the ambassador network across sports, venues, and live entertainment, while building relationships that create warm introductions, qualified leads, and measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact activations such as college sports conferences, venue summits, trade shows, meetups, booth presence, VIP dinners, and sponsored networking events.
  • Lead product briefings, workshops, and info sessions for clients and ambassadors so they stay aligned with vivenu’s roadmap, new releases, and best practices.
  • Manage ambassador benefits, branded merchandise, and digital engagement campaigns that strengthen loyalty and enthusiasm for the brand.
  • Represent vivenu at events in person, build new connections, recruit ambassadors, and create experiences that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
  • Keep ambassador and event data well organized in CRM systems and turn insights into actionable input for Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Support broader community initiatives when needed, including forums, labs, and webinars that deepen knowledge sharing across the vivenu ecosystem.
  • Report directly to the Head of Global Community and Events and coordinate with Community and Events teammates across EMEA to maintain global alignment.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in ambassador programs, community, or field marketing roles where relationship-building has driven measurable results.
  • Existing networks and relationships in sports, live events, universities, or entertainment, with the ability to expand them strategically.
  • A clear understanding of how relationships, events, and revenue connect, including the ability to convert introductions into opportunities.
  • Experience managing events, workshops, or activations end to end, from planning through execution.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with confidence in representing the company and leading sessions for different audiences.
  • Solid operational discipline, comfort with CRM tools, and the ability to juggle multiple programs, perks, campaigns, and follow-ups reliably.
  • A self-directed working style combined with the ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
