About the Role
Tamer Services Company is working with a major integrated healthcare and wellness group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to hire a Compliance Manager. This position is suited to a highly organized and analytical professional who can strengthen the compliance function, reduce regulatory exposure, and build a workplace culture centered on ethics and integrity.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, running, and improving the organization’s compliance program across all business areas. You will work closely with senior leaders to identify regulatory risks, apply controls, and support an accountable, ethically driven operating environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine compliance policies, procedures, and governance structures.
- Carry out recurring compliance risk reviews, identify gaps against regulatory requirements, and put mitigation plans in place.
- Track compliance across daily operations, investigate suspected breaches, and oversee corrective and preventive measures.
- Work with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure company-wide alignment with laws, regulations, and internal standards.
- Serve as the main liaison for regulators, external auditors, consultants, and vendors.
- Roll out compliance awareness sessions and training initiatives to promote ethical behavior throughout the organization.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, internal audit, or risk management, along with a strong track record in identifying and reducing regulatory and ethical risk. You should have hands-on experience building and sustaining corporate compliance programs and the confidence to interpret changing regulations and translate them into practical business actions. A solid understanding of healthcare regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks is essential.
Education and Certifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a closely related discipline is required. A master’s degree or MBA, along with Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification or an equivalent credential, is preferred.
