About the Role

The team develops attention-grabbing campaigns, content, and growth-focused strategies that help clients build visibility and scale their presence.

The agency is seeking a Content Creator to join its expanding team and support the development of brand content across social media channels.

What You Will Do

• Produce social content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Shoot and edit short-form video assets.
• Support shoots, launches, and live events from a content perspective.
• Contribute fresh campaign concepts and content directions for clients.
• Monitor platform trends, new social channels, and cultural moments to inform ideas.
• Assist with content calendars, scheduling, and execution of campaigns.
• Collaborate day-to-day with creative, marketing, and client service teams.
• Help brands communicate compelling stories through video, photography, and social-first content.

What We Are Looking For

• A creative, well-organized, and self-driven individual.
• Someone with a genuine interest in social media, content production, and digital culture.
• Strong visual judgement with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency.
• Confidence using video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• A clear understanding of what drives engagement across different platforms.
• Comfort with filming on location and taking part in events.
• The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-moving agency setting.
• A willingness to learn, improve, and bring new ideas to the table.
