Role Overview
The Context Manager keeps the central knowledge base up to date — this includes business rules, user personas, and strategic objectives that guide the POD agents. The role focuses on turning early-stage inputs into clear, usable requirements and spotting where AI-generated stories are incomplete or logically inconsistent.
What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain the master context repository covering rules, personas, and business goals.
- Review raw inputs submitted by the requirement agent and refine them into a more precise form.
- Detect missing logic, contradictions, and edge cases in AI-generated user stories.
- Apply industry knowledge to improve the quality and realism of requirements.
- Use strong prompting techniques to help the requirement agent produce better outputs.
- Think in systems, understanding how different parts of the process connect and influence one another.
- Create structured documentation that is clear, unambiguous, and easy to act on.
Screening Criteria
The ideal profile is someone who has worked extensively with BRDs, user stories, and edge cases — such as a lead business analyst. Strong product managers with experience in backlog ownership and prioritization are also a good fit. Candidates should be able to understand how business processes work and how information moves through them.

This role is based in Andhra Pradesh, India and is a full-time onsite position.
