Role overview

As a Cookie Crew member at the Wayne State store on 5171 Anthony Wayne Dr, Detroit, MI 48202, you'll be the welcoming face of the shop and also handle baking the brand's warm, fresh cookies. This role combines customer interaction, order handling, baking, and keeping the store running smoothly in a fast-paced bakery environment.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests promptly when they come into the store and take their orders following store procedures.
• Explain menu items clearly, answer questions, and repeat orders back to ensure accuracy.
• Create a friendly experience for customers both in person and over the phone.
• Bake cookies and prepare scoops of ice cream with attention to quality and timing.
• Make sure delivery orders are packed correctly, finished quickly, and sent out warm.
• Process cash and other payments carefully, keeping registers balanced without shortages or overages.
• Keep the bakery clean, sanitized, and well maintained throughout the shift.
