Role Overview

The organization is looking for a Spiritual Curriculum Developer who can build complete, engaging, and high-quality certification programs in Tarot and other occult disciplines. This position is not limited to drafting notes; it involves designing the full learning journey from foundational concepts to advanced mastery so that students gain both conceptual clarity and hands-on application. Strong performers may also be considered for future faculty or instructor opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

• Create organized certification programs for Tarot and related occult subjects.
• Build detailed curriculum structures, learning paths, and module outlines.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching guides, student workbooks, exercises, and assessments.
• Develop practical activities, case studies, assignments, and evaluation material for certification.
• Make sure the content is accurate, engaging, simple to follow, and professionally arranged.
• Integrate ethical practice, client consultation methods, and real-world application into the course content.
• Work closely with the education team to refine and improve the learning material over time.
• Share ideas for workshops, advanced offerings, and new educational products.

Requirements

• Capability to create structured and polished learning resources.
• Prior work on online courses or certification-style programs is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in teaching, curriculum development, or online course creation is preferred.
