About Tabflows
Tabflows is a collaborative care platform built for private healthcare clinics. It helps teams manage patient communication and coordination from one shared workspace instead of jumping between multiple systems. Clinics can respond to patient messages with full context, organize tasks across connected tools, and keep every interaction tied to the right patient record. The product also includes AI-powered support for drafting, locating, and organizing information across platforms, improving as teams use it. It is designed to be simple to set up and accessible to a wide range of practices, including a free-forever option for direct primary care clinics.
Role Summary
The Creative Director will shape Tabflows’ overall creative direction and ensure the brand feels consistent across product, marketing, and customer-facing communication. This position is based in Los Angeles, CA and offers a hybrid setup with some flexibility to work from home.
What You’ll Do
- Set and maintain the creative vision for the brand across all touchpoints.
- Develop original concepts and guide how they are brought to life in visual and written form.
- Lead art direction and ensure design work stays polished, cohesive, and on-brand.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to turn complex workflows and AI features into clear, compelling stories and experiences.
- Oversee creative workflows and help keep projects moving smoothly from idea to execution.
- Review design work, share constructive feedback, and support the growth of designers and other creative teammates.
- Protect a high standard of design quality while encouraging fresh ideas and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in creative direction and creative strategy, ideally with experience leading full campaigns or product-centered creative work.
- Strong branding and art direction ability, with experience building a consistent visual identity across multiple channels.
- Practical graphic design skills and familiarity with creating assets and guiding design systems.
- Experience working alongside product and marketing teams, especially in technology or healthcare settings, is a strong advantage.
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to present ideas to stakeholders and respond well to feedback.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, iterative environment where strategic thinking and hands-on execution both matter.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring creative professionals and helping foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
