SSB with ISV is hiring a creative editor and designer to produce engaging video and visual content for its digital platforms. This position involves shaping content for podcasts, short-form video, and social media while keeping the brand’s look and feel consistent across every channel.

SSB with ISV (Integrated SSB Virtuosos) is a veteran-led mentorship platform that helps defence aspirants prepare for the Services Selection Board through a deeper understanding-based approach rather than rote coaching. The organisation focuses on building authentic officer-like qualities by strengthening clarity, mental preparedness, and behavioural authenticity.

Guided by India’s youngest GTO, Lt Cdr Nikhil Kumar Chandrakala, the platform recreates realistic SSB conditions so candidates can reduce uncertainty and perform naturally under pressure. Through structured guidance, ethical preparation, and psychological conditioning, SSB with ISV works to bridge the gap between potential and recommendation for aspirants aiming for the Indian Armed Forces.

Responsibilities

• Edit both short-form and long-form video content for YouTube podcasts.
• Create edits for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Design social media visuals, thumbnails, posters, and other creative assets.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder to turn ideas into strong visual outputs.
• Ensure the brand identity remains consistent across all platforms and formats.
• Adapt existing content into multiple formats efficiently for different channels.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of practical experience in video and photo editing.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
• Hands-on ability to use Canva.
• Good visual judgment with strong attention to detail.
• Self-driven approach with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
• A portfolio of previous work is compulsory.
• Capability to use Gen AI tools for creating B-rolls and descriptive images for final content production.
• Adobe software access will be provided by the company.
• A capable workstation or laptop is required for content creation.

Additional Information

This role is based in Bangalore only and is available to candidates from Bangalore. The position is full-time and onsite. The expected compensation is ₹4,80,000 to ₹6,00,000 per year.
