Creator Partnerships Coordinator

Overview

Amore Influence is hiring an entry-level Creator Partnerships Coordinator to support its expanding team. This opportunity is suited to someone who wants to build experience in influencer marketing, creator management, and brand partnership work. The role involves working with creators, brands, and agencies while learning how partnerships are developed and managed in a fast-moving agency environment.

Candidates need to be located in Chicago or the surrounding Chicagoland area to be considered. The position is primarily remote, but occasional in-person meetings and events in Chicago are part of the role.

The schedule is part-time, with approximately 15 to 25 hours each week. Compensation is hourly.

What You Will Do

• Promote and present Amore’s creator roster to brands and agencies for collaboration opportunities.
• Find and research new brand leads, decision-makers, and potential partnership prospects.
• Monitor outreach activity, replies, and possible partnership openings using internal spreadsheets and databases.
• Keep pitch logs, campaign records, and brand relationship details well organized and up to date.
• Help prepare creator recommendations and pitch decks or outreach materials for prospective partners.
• Support the team in spotting growth opportunities across the creator roster.

What The Team Is Looking For

• Strong organizational ability with careful attention to detail.
• Clear written communication skills, especially for professional outreach emails.
• A proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
• Good time management and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort working in a small, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
• Advanced experience using Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
• Familiarity with Canva is helpful, though not required.
