Customer Experience Associate - Fresher

About the role

Join a customer service team focused on helping shoppers with online order queries, identity checks, account safety, and purchase support. You will be the first live point of contact for customers and will contribute to a customer-first support experience.

Role responsibilities

• Handle customer questions and requests by phone, chat, and email.
• Use support tools to find solutions quickly while assisting customers in real time.
• Support identity verification and account security-related cases when needed.
• Spot and help reduce possible fraud or security risks that could affect the customer experience.
• Solve customer issues independently rather than relying on scripted responses.
• Resolve account, shopping, and order-related problems with strong service quality.

Work expectations

• Communicate clearly in both spoken and written English.
• Comfortably use computers and switch between multiple systems.
• Be available for shifts across Monday to Sunday.
• Work rotating schedules, including late-night and overnight shifts, along with early morning, afternoon, weekend, and overtime as required.
• Arrive on time and remain present for the full shift.
• Stay fully committed to the customer service role while working at the company.

Work environment

This is an office-based role in a climate-controlled environment. Most of the shift will be spent at a desk assisting customers through phone, chat, and email. Business casual attire is suitable.

Eligibility and other details

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have completed 10+2 / 12th grade, be proficient in English, and be authorised to work in India. Freshers and experienced applicants are both welcome. The role is permanent and full time. Consent is required for the recording of video and audio during interview stages and during employment for assessment proctoring and identity verification, including capture and storage of a face screenshot for internal records.
