About the Role
This opportunity is for an early-career or entry-level Data Analyst who is eager to work with information, uncover business insights, and contribute to better decision-making. It is well suited to recent graduates and professionals at the start of their careers who want hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting.
The position involves working with data from multiple sources, turning it into useful insights, and helping teams understand performance through reports and visual dashboards. You will gain practical exposure to analytical tools and business-facing work while being guided by experienced colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information from different sources, then clean, check, and arrange it for analysis.
- Study datasets to spot trends, patterns, and findings that can support action.
- Build reports, dashboards, and visuals for internal stakeholders.
- Track important KPIs and broader business measures.
- Help maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
- Create both routine and on-demand reports for operational needs.
- Work with teams across functions to understand what reporting is needed.
- Support database upkeep and maintain analytical records and documentation.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives that rely on data-driven insights.
- Explain results and recommendations in a clear, practical way.
Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems methodically.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate conclusions clearly.
- Good planning, organization, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and build technical analytics capabilities.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related area.
- Fresh graduates and candidates at entry level are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship, academic project work, or related analytical exposure is helpful but not mandatory.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of reporting, visualization, database basics, and business intelligence methods is beneficial.
