The company is currently adding Data Analyst profiles to its talent pool so that qualified candidates can be matched with future opportunities across startups, scale-ups, and larger organizations.

Role focus

The organization is looking for experienced Data Analysts who can solve problems well, communicate effectively, and perform successfully in remote or high-velocity work settings.

What the ideal profile looks like

3 to 5 years of professional experience working with data
Ability to build advanced SQL queries, including joins, subqueries, window functions, and aggregations
Comfort with spreadsheet tools such as advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and data cleansing
Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio
Ability to work with Pandas and NumPy for data preparation and transformation
Understanding of distributions and correlations, with good judgment around chart selection
Skill in identifying and fixing missing data, duplicates, and inconsistent formatting in a structured way
Ability to turn analysis into clear, business-friendly insights
Self-driven approach to work effectively in remote teams
Strong collaboration habits using Git and GitHub
Clear written and spoken English communication
Experience working with international clients or distributed teams
An active GitHub profile, portfolio, or technical project work

Education and preferred extras

BSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a closely related discipline
Helpful certifications such as the Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera or training in Python/R for data analysis
Prior startup experience is a plus
