The Role
This position focuses on keeping organizational records accurate, current, and well-maintained across internal systems. The role supports multiple teams by ensuring data is entered correctly and information can be relied on for day-to-day operations.
- Enter new information into databases and internal systems, and keep existing records up to date
- Review records carefully to make sure entries are complete and accurate
- Carry out routine data checks and audits to identify issues
- Work with colleagues to investigate and correct mismatched or inconsistent data
- Help prepare reports and supporting documentation as needed
The role works alongside the data management team and reports directly to the Data Manager.
Ideal Profile
The right candidate will be detail-oriented, highly accurate, and comfortable handling data using a range of management tools. Strong organization is important, along with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Completed high school or an equivalent qualification
- Prior exposure to data entry or administrative work
- Basic familiarity with database management systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
