Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Partnerships Lead to join a client engagement on a full-time remote basis. This position is centered on building and overseeing strategic data partnerships that strengthen the product, improve model performance, and support revenue growth through data monetization.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will source and assess potential data partners, lead commercial discussions around licensing, and help bring external datasets into the company’s data environment. You will work closely with engineering, product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure partnerships are valuable, executable, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and shortlist possible data partners that can broaden the data ecosystem and improve the quality of model outputs.
- Lead negotiations and finalize data licensing arrangements that support business goals and meet compliance expectations.
- Partner with engineering teams to connect third-party data feeds with existing pipelines and platforms.
- Track partnership performance, evaluate results, and recommend improvements or expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance stakeholders to confirm that all agreements meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Required Experience and Knowledge
This role calls for hands-on experience with negotiating data licensing deals and partnership structures, ideally in technology or AI-focused environments. A solid grasp of data monetization, data infrastructure, and partnership value assessment is important. You should also be comfortable managing cross-functional work across engineering, product, and legal teams, and aware of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
