Role overview
RightTrack Transport & Warehouse is hiring an experienced Dispatcher to support its expanding logistics operations in Amritsar, Punjab. This is a full-time night-shift role focused on Canada and US transportation activity.
What you will do
- Plan driver schedules and assign loads in an efficient manner.
- Monitor shipments and keep stakeholders updated on load status.
- Stay in regular contact with drivers, clients, and carriers to keep operations moving.
- Handle delays, delivery disruptions, and other service-related issues.
- Keep dispatch logs and load records accurate and up to date.
- Assist with cross-border freight coordination across North America.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in dispatching within transportation or logistics.
- Working knowledge of FTL, LTL, and cross-border freight operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving ability and the confidence to handle operational issues quickly.
- Availability to work night shifts.
- Experience with dispatch platforms, TMS tools, or load boards will be considered an advantage.
