Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the CEO’s calendar so meetings are scheduled efficiently and prepared for in advance.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
- Review incoming messages, prioritize what needs attention, and draft replies when needed.
- Organize meeting materials, take notes, and follow up on action items to keep work moving.
- Manage expenses, office coordination, and selected personal support tasks for the CEO.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience assisting a C-level executive or founder, ideally in a tech company or high-growth startup.
- Prior experience handling international travel bookings and calendars across multiple time zones.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace tools, especially Calendar, Gmail, and Docs, along with Slack.
- Must be available to work onsite every day in New York City.
- Excellent organizational ability and comfort juggling several priorities at once.
Preferred Background
- Direct experience supporting a founder or CEO in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Exposure to SaaS or B2B technology businesses.
- Experience coordinating schedules across U.S. and European time zones.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, HubSpot, or similar project management platforms.
- Previous involvement in investor relations logistics, such as scheduling board meetings or preparing board materials.
