Role overview
A global fashion business with a broad mix of well-known brands is hiring an Executive Assistant to partner with senior leaders in a fast-paced, design-focused setting.
What you should bring
- At least 6 years of experience supporting senior leaders in fashion production and/or design-related environments
- Strong organization skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and demanding deadlines
- High discretion and reliability when handling sensitive or confidential matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong emotional intelligence
- Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, and project management software
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars across several time zones
- Arrange business travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Handle expense reporting carefully and on time
- Serve as an important communication bridge between internal and external stakeholders
- Support meetings through coordination, note-taking, documentation, and follow-up actions
- Keep trackers updated to monitor schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and priorities
- Build presentations and other materials for leadership meetings and decisions
- Work closely with teams in design, merchandising, sourcing, and operations

- Leadership calendars and priorities are managed ahead of time
- Stakeholder communication remains clear, prompt, and aligned
- Projects and deadlines stay moving with strong follow-through
- Senior leaders are consistently prepared and effectively supported
Compensation and location
The annual salary for this role is $120,000 to $130,000, depending on experience. The position is based in New York, NY and requires working on-site five days per week.
