Key Responsibilities
- Manage demanding calendars and email inboxes, including meeting prioritization and schedule coordination.
- Arrange travel within the U.S., including flights, hotels, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Support meetings by setting them up, preparing agendas, recording notes, and coordinating Zoom or Teams sessions.
- Serve as a key communication link between executives, managers, and other staff members.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations in PowerPoint, and other correspondence.
- Handle administrative work such as expense tracking, filing, and special projects.
Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an executive assistant capacity, ideally in banking, finance, or legal environments.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt priorities quickly based on business needs.
- Capacity to build productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Ability to identify important work ahead of time and stay proactive.
Preferred Background
- Experience supporting executives in commercial banking.
- A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
- Exposure to executive support during business transformation initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated starting annual pay for this position is between $90,000 and $100,000, with final compensation based on the candidate’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, the role may include eligibility for an annual bonus and a full rewards package that covers medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, an employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, holiday and paid time off, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
