Overview
Toyota North America is seeking an Executive Assistant for a temporary assignment in Plano, Texas. This is a 3-month contract role with an hourly pay range of $35.00 to $45.00. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
The role supports Toyota’s Enterprise Strategy & Solutions organization. You will assist a Senior Vice President and contribute to the smooth running of executive operations across teams that cover Enterprise Strategy & Solutions, Enterprise Integrity, and Global Compliance & Risk activities.

Key Duties
In this position, you will provide senior-level administrative support to three executive leaders, including a Senior Vice President, a Vice President, and an Executive Japan Staff member. You will also help the Chief of Staff with strategic initiatives, special projects, leadership communications, meetings, and organizational events.
The work involves managing demanding calendars across multiple time zones, resolving schedule conflicts, coordinating domestic and international travel, and preparing executive materials. You will organize confidential documents, support business events and offsites, and process expense reports in line with company policy.

This assignment requires someone who can anticipate needs, respond quickly to shifting priorities, and keep executive operations running efficiently. The environment is time-sensitive, confidential, and highly professional.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of recent executive administrative support experience in a large company or global organization with international operations. Experience with executive travel planning and calendar management is essential.
You should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong clerical ability, attention to detail, independent work style, and a proactive approach are important. The role also requires excellent customer service, strong organization, time management, and the ability to work well in a team.
Candidates must communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written, with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation. A high school diploma or equivalent plus work experience is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Additional Information
Work authorization is limited to Green Card holders and U.S. citizens. No travel is required for this role.
