Role overview
This temporary export coordination role is within the FMCG sector and suits someone with solid end-to-end export experience. The position is based onsite in Auckland and is set to begin immediately.
Key duties
- Partner with shipping lines, packing teams, warehouse staff, dispatch, and account managers to keep export activity moving smoothly.
- Manage export orders in SAP and prepare documentation in Prodoc.
- Arrange container bookings directly with shipping lines.
- Process invoices and handle credit-related administration.
Experience and must-haves
- Demonstrated background managing the full export workflow from start to finish.
- Comfortable communicating directly with shipping lines.
- Practical knowledge of export paperwork and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Prodoc is essential.
- Having a Customs PIN would be an advantage.
Offer and working arrangement
- This is a temporary assignment with an immediate start.
- Pay is processed weekly.
- The work is varied and includes export operations, invoicing, and liaison with multiple stakeholders.
