About the role

This position is part of the food and beverage service team at Le Méridien in Lusail, Qatar. The role is focused on creating a memorable dining experience, not just serving meals and drinks. It involves active guest engagement, smooth coordination with the kitchen, and ensuring that every service touchpoint feels thoughtful and professional.

What you will do

You will support table setup, guest interaction, food and beverage service, and the cleaning and organization of work areas and supplies. The job requires attention to detail so that guests feel each transaction is part of the overall experience. You may also be assigned other reasonable duties as needed to keep service standards high.

Working conditions

This is a full-time, non-management position based on site in Building No. 153, Street No. 347, Lusail, Qatar. The role requires being on your feet for long periods and moving across inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces. You will need to read and verify menu information visually and handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 25 lb (11.4 kg) without assistance and up to 50 lb (22.7 kg) with assistance. The work also involves reaching overhead and below knee level, bending, twisting, and stooping.

Qualifications

The preferred education level is a secondary school diploma or an equivalent high school qualification. Less than one year of relevant work experience is acceptable, and no prior supervisory experience is required. No license or certification is needed for this position.
