Role overview

This full-time Full Stack Engineer position is based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement. The role involves creating and supporting complete web applications across the frontend and backend stack, while working closely with product, design, QA, and engineering partners to deliver secure, high-performing features.

Key responsibilities

You will develop user-facing interfaces, backend services, APIs, database structures, cloud deployments, and automated delivery workflows. The role also includes keeping systems reliable, secure, and easy to maintain, along with contributing to technical standards and team practices.

Technical requirements

• Create and support responsive, fast frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Handle state management effectively with Redux and Context API.
• Connect frontend features with backend APIs and external services.
• Develop scalable backend services and microservices using Node.js with Express.js or NestJS.
• Design and maintain secure REST APIs aligned with industry standards.
• Set up authentication and access control using JWT, OAuth, and RBAC.
• Implement secure API workflows such as webhooks, rate limiting, validation, and structured error handling.
• Build and optimise PostgreSQL and MongoDB schemas for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Deploy, operate, and monitor applications on AWS using EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, and Route 53.
• Use IAM and Secrets Manager to safeguard infrastructure and credentials.
• Track logs, metrics, and application health through CloudWatch and resolve production issues when they arise.
• Create CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing, releases, and deployments.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers to ship strong software outcomes.
• Take part in code reviews, maintain coding standards, and improve engineering processes over time.
• Produce clean, documented, testable, and maintainable code.
• Stay current with new tools, frameworks, and development methods that improve product quality and team productivity.

Experience and joining preference

Applicants should be ready to join immediately and must have at least 4 years of experience in Fintech or i-gaming.

Compensation

The offered salary range is AED 2,500 to AED 6,500 per month.
