About the role
The club is looking for an imaginative Graphic Designer to become part of its commercial team. The role focuses on producing visually compelling creative assets for sponsorship pitches, partnership presentations, and marketing activity. Your work will help communicate the club’s identity and support efforts to attract new partners. This is a fast-moving environment where strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and visual storytelling matter.
Responsibilities
- Create polished visual materials for sponsorship proposals, partnership decks, and promotional assets while staying aligned with the club’s brand standards.
- Work closely with the marketing and commercial departments to understand briefs and turn them into effective design outcomes.
- Handle several projects at once and deliver on deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Keep up with design and industry developments and bring fresh ideas into the club’s creative output.
- Produce digital graphics for social media, websites, and other online channels.
- Take part in ideation sessions and contribute concepts that strengthen branding and marketing efforts.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets so they are easy for the wider team to access and use.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience is required, ideally gained in sports, media, or advertising.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical ability, and versatility is mandatory.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and a fast-changing workload.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar discipline is preferred, though comparable professional experience may be accepted.
