Role overview
We are seeking a creative, highly detailed Graphic Designer based in the United Kingdom to turn complex B2B subject matter into clear, engaging visual communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving design problems, shaping information into strong narratives, and working across both digital and print formats.
You will contribute to reports, ebooks, social media assets, whitepapers, research documents, and print magazines, transforming data, frameworks, and insights into polished visuals that are easy to understand. The environment is fast-moving, experimental, and fully remote, with close collaboration across writing, marketing, editorial, and strategy functions. You will be expected to own projects from concept through delivery while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create visually strong reports, ebooks, whitepapers, and research materials that align with both client and internal brand rules.
- Convert data, research findings, and frameworks into clear visual stories, charts, infographics, and diagrams.
- Take rough ideas or early concepts and develop them into refined, production-ready visual systems.
- Support or lead the layout and design of print magazines alongside editorial teams, with a focus on storytelling and composition.
- Produce consistent digital and social media creative adapted for different client channels.
- Handle several live projects at the same time while meeting deadlines and preserving design quality.
- Work closely with writers, editors, marketers, and strategists to ensure the visual direction strengthens the overall message.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a graphic designer, backed by a strong portfolio covering both print and digital work.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma.
- Ability to present complex or technical information in a simple, visually compelling way.
- Sharp eye for detail and the ability to refine concepts into polished final assets.
- Comfort managing competing deadlines and priorities in a remote, fast-paced setting.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and feedback-handling skills.
- Independent working style with full ownership from concept development to final delivery.
