Role Overview
Rotana Hotels is seeking energetic and self-driven Front Office professionals who are ready to grow their careers. In this position, you will deliver attentive, guest-centered service and help ensure every stay is smooth, welcoming, and memorable.
What You Will Do
- Provide service that is consistently professional, warm, friendly, and engaging.
- Welcome arriving guests and complete check-in formalities in line with established SOPs.
- Process guest departures and ensure check-out is handled according to company standards.
- Handle room sales for walk-in guests and support day-to-day operational and facility-related issues proactively.
- Manage cash inventory and process cheques and foreign currency bills of exchange for hotel guests in accordance with credit policy.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments, especially Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservations.
- Keep the Guest Service Desk fully staffed, organized, and ready to serve guests at all times.
- Protect guest privacy by ensuring confidential information is not disclosed.
- Maintain a strong understanding of hotel policies, procedures, service standards, facilities, and current hotel happenings.
Education, Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in hospitality and have prior experience in a hotel Front Office environment. Strong written and spoken English is required, and knowledge of another language is an added advantage. You should also bring excellent interpersonal skills, sound problem-solving ability, computer literacy, and familiarity with Opera will be beneficial.
