About the role

In this position, you will serve as the initial HR contact for international employees and clients, guiding them through support needs from onboarding through offboarding and everything in between.
What you will do
- Handle day-to-day HR support inquiries from clients and EOR employees, including topics such as hiring, leave, performance, investigations, claims, and terminations, while maintaining a prompt and professional approach.
- Review and route international cases in Salesforce to the correct HR Advisor.
- Support processes related to leave of absence, performance management, terminations, and other matters that may create legal or regulatory exposure.
- Assist with employee claims involving unemployment benefits, leave or disability benefits, and workers’ compensation.
- Make sure all required regulatory and employment checks are completed correctly.
- Help maintain compliance with labor rules and employment regulations, and support audit activities when needed.
- Work with payroll and operations teams to resolve questions from clients and EOR employees within agreed timelines.
- Draft and update SOPs, client-facing guides, and Help Center content.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams, sharing feedback to improve a technology-enabled HR services offering that reduces compliance administration.
What you need
- At least 2 years of experience supporting HR operations in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience handling employee claims tied to unemployment, leave, disability, workers’ compensation, and grievances.
- Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills, with strong attention to detail, quality of work, and time management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
Nice to have
- Ability to work in additional EU languages.
- Experience with benefits administration and pension administration.
