This opportunity is for a proactive design assistant/intermediate interior designer with around 2–3 years of experience, preferably in workplace or commercial interiors. The role supports the design and delivery of several workplace projects across different sectors within a compact, fast-moving team. You will work closely with a Project Director, Senior Designer, and Documenter, building practical experience across concept development, design refinement, technical documentation, and project delivery.

Key Work Areas

  • Assist with design work during the design development and documentation stages.
  • Source materials and finish samples, monitor deliveries, and keep sample boards organized.
  • Coordinate furniture sample requests and manage logistics with suppliers and clients.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain product details, pricing, lead times, and technical information.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules for approved materials, finishes, furniture, and equipment.
