Recruiter – Internal Talent Acquisition

About the role

Eleven Recruiting is looking for an internal recruiter to help expand its own team. The focus of this role is to manage hiring for two key positions: Technical Recruiters and Account Managers. This is a hands-on search role for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable finding strong recruiting talent in competitive markets.

What you'll do

• Identify, engage, and build pipelines of Technical Recruiters and Account Managers through both passive and active sourcing methods.
• Run requisitions from the first outreach through the offer stage.
• Develop and keep an active candidate pipeline that stays ready for future needs.
• Work closely with leadership to define role expectations, evaluate fit, and shape offer decisions.
• Act as a strong representative of the company’s brand at every stage of candidate communication.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience handling full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency or similar environment.
• Demonstrated success hiring for recruiters or other client-facing, target-driven roles.
• Strong sourcing capability using tools and methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and other channels.
• Ability to assess softer qualities such as coachability, motivation, and communication style.
• Experience with Bullhorn or another applicant tracking system is preferred.
• A calm, accountable, low-drama working style paired with real curiosity about people.

Compensation

The pay for this contract role is $35 to $50 per hour.
