Janitorial Associate

Role overview

As a Janitorial Associate, you will help create a strong first and last impression for customers by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe. This includes maintaining hygiene across areas such as the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving zone.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $15 to $28 per hour. The base hourly pay will always meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available. In certain situations, premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour can also apply, depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed. More than one premium may be paid if multiple conditions are met.
