Role overview
Ignite is hiring a Junior Creative Strategist for a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer health and wellness brand in London. The business has grown from zero to £12 million in revenue within 12 months, and this role will report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing.
The company is looking for someone with an advertising mindset and hands-on knowledge of paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. The focus of the role is on developing strong paid social creatives that perform well in a direct response and performance marketing environment.
What you will be doing
The role centers on creating high-performing paid social advertising assets and contributing bold, inventive ideas that help improve campaign results. You will work closely with performance marketing leadership and bring a fresh, outside-the-box approach to creative strategy.
Experience and background needed
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in performance creative. Experience working with a D2C e-commerce brand is important, whether that experience was gained in-house or at an agency. You should be confident producing strong paid social ads and comfortable thinking creatively from a direct response and performance marketing point of view.
Personality fit
This role suits someone who is highly motivated, energetic, sociable, ambitious, and comfortable contributing playful, original ideas.
Compensation and benefits
The salary for this position is £35,000 to £42,000, depending on experience. The package also includes a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days per week in South West London, unlimited holiday, private health insurance, and free mental health counselling.
Hiring process
The next steps are: submit your CV for review, followed by a first-stage Teams call with the hiring manager, and then a second-stage in-person interview at the office.
Equal opportunity statement
The employer is committed to diversity and an inclusive hiring process that allows candidates to present their authentic selves.
Application update
The team aims to respond to all applications, but due to high volume this may not always be possible. If you do not hear back within 14 days, the application will not be moving forward. The role may also be close to closing depending on timing.
