Junior Sales Assistant

Role overview

Enchanté Accessories is hiring a Junior Sales Assistant to support the Madison Home Ceramics team in a full-time, onsite role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This position follows a 5-day in-office schedule and offers a salary range of 60-70K. The role is centered on the ceramics/tabletop business and gives you exposure to the full product journey, from development through buyer interaction and purchase order processing.

What you will do

• Build buyer-facing materials such as line sheets, quote sheets, and presentation decks.
• Oversee sample coordination by requesting, tracking, labeling, and keeping the showroom organized.
• Record and monitor orders and purchase orders, while following up on any pending items.
• Work with overseas sourcing and production partners on timelines, approvals, and shipment progress.
• Maintain accurate buyer records, trackers, and project boards.
• Help prepare for meetings and complete follow-up work to ensure tasks move forward.
• Provide day-to-day account support and sales administration assistance.
• Take on other related duties as needed.

Education and experience

A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a similar field is preferred if paired with wholesale imports or related experience. An associate's degree with 2 years of wholesale imports or related experience is also acceptable. Candidates with 3+ years of sales experience may also be considered.
