An opportunity is available for an experienced Kitchen Porter to become part of the existing team.

Shift Requirements

This position requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule that includes early shifts, late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. The role is full-time throughout the year.

Main Duties

• Keep the kitchen clean, orderly, and presentable at all times.
• Complete routine cleaning tasks quickly and effectively.
• Collect, wash, and return kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Wash crockery, cutlery, and other kitchen items.
• Ensure food preparation areas are clean and ready for use.
• Maintain hygienic work surfaces, floors, and walls through proper cleaning and sanitising.
• Work in line with all kitchen standard operating procedures.
• Take part in all planned training sessions.
• Support the kitchen team with additional duties as required.
