What You Will Be Doing

Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits

This position includes a 48-hour workweek during the six-weeks-on rotation, with overtime paid at 1.5 times the base rate. Travel time is paid for up to two days, and all travel expenses are covered. Accommodation is provided during work rotations and includes meals, Wi-Fi, television, laundry facilities, and recreation amenities.

Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as an employer-matched pension contribution of up to 5%. Additional support includes Arctic clothing, an annual safety footwear allowance of $175, and a $500 referral bonus for eligible roles. Training for certifications and skill development may also be available, with reasonable expenses covered.

Vacation pay is 6% for employees with less than five years of service and 8% for those with more than five years of service. Employees living in designated northern communities such as Inuvik, Cambridge Bay, Sanirajak, and Iqaluit may receive an additional biweekly Northern Living Allowance.
