Role overview
UST is hiring a Lead I - Enterprise Solutions for a hands-on developer/support role based in Trivandrum, Kerala. The position centers on supporting and administering Planisware across key business modules, with responsibility for day-to-day operational support as well as small-scale platform improvements.
Key scope of work
- Handle request and incident management for the Planisware environment.
- Carry out Planisware administration tasks, including user management and master data maintenance.
- Implement minor enhancements, configuration updates, and change-related activities.
- Support application patching activities when required.
