Role Overview
US Mortgages is looking to add an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to support growing business volume in Centennial, Colorado. This position is suited to a seasoned professional who can manage residential mortgage files with accuracy, speed, and strong client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process residential mortgage loans and keep files moving efficiently from intake through underwriting and closing.
- Review income documentation and evaluate borrower information with care and precision.
- Collect, request, and track all items needed for submission, final approval, and lender conditions.
- Communicate promptly with borrowers, loan officers, underwriting teams, and other partners regarding loan status and guideline requirements.
- Maintain weekly pipeline discussions and status updates with loan originators.
- Operate in a high-volume, fast-moving, production-focused environment while staying organized.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage loan processing.
- Recent hands-on experience with FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage processing, ideally 2 to 5+ years.
- Working knowledge of income analysis for mortgage files.
- Familiarity with Encompass LOS is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and TRID regulations.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to stay effective in a flexible, busy, and deadline-driven setting.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation and references are required.
- A proven track record in mortgage processing is expected.
