  • Track all open requisitions, purchase orders, expected deliveries, and potential risks, and raise issues early when timelines are at risk.
  • Identify local suppliers from approved vendor lists and available market options, then collect quotations that meet compliance requirements.
  • Review quotations to ensure they include the required specifications, lead times, payment terms, and any warranty or service conditions, so offers can be compared fairly.
  • Assist with negotiations within approved limits and prepare purchase award recommendations for the Procurement Manager's review.

  • Partner with Finance to resolve invoice matching issues across the purchase order, GRN, and invoice, and close discrepancies quickly.
  • Close purchasing transactions promptly to support accurate month-end processes and reliable reporting.

Education and experience
