Machine Learning Engineer - AI Trainer

About the opportunity

This role is for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer who will contribute to AI training work within a coding-focused team. You will join a large professional network of more than 100,000 contributors across front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and related engineering disciplines, all working on practical AI development.

The work combines flexibility with technically challenging tasks. You will interact with advanced AI models to complete programming assignments such as generating and solving complex coding problems, creating polished applications with substantial functionality, and drawing useful insights from data analysis and visualizations. Your output helps improve intelligent systems that continue learning and refining their performance.

Some contributors use this as a side engagement alongside another full-time role, while others make it their main work and select projects and schedules based on their own availability and goals.

How the process works

After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will become available through the platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and solve a wide variety of coding challenges that help train AI systems, with a particular focus on Android development.
• Produce clean code examples and well-explained solutions.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Share feedback that helps improve future AI models.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English at native or bilingual level.
• Experience with Kotlin is preferred.
• Ability to work in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Excellent written communication, grammar, and explanation skills.
• A bachelor’s degree, either completed or currently being pursued.
• Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is an advantage.
