Role Overview
This full-time Management Trainee role is based in Downtown Core, Singapore. It is designed for someone who wants broad exposure to client advisory work and business operations, with hands-on learning supported by senior mentors.
What You’ll Do
- Move across core functions to gain a clear understanding of the end-to-end client advisory and business workflow.
- Work alongside experienced mentors and learn by observing their day-to-day approach.
- Study market movements and client requirements so you can contribute practical recommendations.
- Assist with building growth strategies and client engagement plans.
- Take ownership of smaller projects or client accounts with supervision.
- Join training sessions, certification programmes, and leadership workshops to build professional capability.
