NLP Engineer - Arabic Language Focus

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned NLP Engineer who specializes in Arabic language processing and large language models. In this role, you will help create and deliver intelligent AI products for Arabic and multilingual use cases, including chatbots, virtual assistants, smart search, document understanding, and other AI-powered digital experiences.

The position calls for practical experience in shipping production-ready NLP systems, building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and running scalable AI services in cloud-based environments.

What You Will Work On

• Design and develop NLP solutions tailored for Arabic and multilingual applications.
• Build AI systems for chatbots, virtual assistants, intelligent search, and document processing.
• Develop and operationalize production-grade machine learning and NLP models.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and related architectures.
• Deploy and maintain scalable AI services in cloud environments.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related area.
• Between 3 and 6 years of experience in NLP, Machine Learning, or AI engineering.
• Strong practical background in Arabic language NLP solutions.
• Solid programming ability in Python and familiarity with modern NLP and ML frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure to transformers and large language models.
• Experience with embeddings and vector search.
• Knowledge of tokenization, text classification, named entity recognition (NER), sentiment analysis, and text summarization.
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Working knowledge of Hugging Face, spaCy, and FastAPI.
• Experience applying MLOps practices such as deployment, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
• Background in deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of scalable AI system design and production environments.
