Role Overview
The Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact at head office and will help shape a polished, welcoming, and professional experience for visitors, clients, partners, and employees. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and keeping a busy office running efficiently behind the scenes.
Key Duties

- Oversee supplies, stock levels, and relationships with vendors.
- Help organise company events, team celebrations, and internal initiatives.
- Look for ways to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
- Provide cross-functional support to different departments when needed.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be polished, proactive, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people. They should enjoy creating excellent service experiences, stay several steps ahead, and handle changing priorities with confidence.
Skills and Experience
- Background in office coordination, administration, client service, hospitality, luxury retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current Australian driver's licence is required.
Benefits

- Complimentary access to Medallion Club AFL and cricket tickets.
- Monthly team lunches.
- Employee discounts on movies, gift cards, and other offers.
- Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
- Free on-site parking.
- Opportunity to work in the fast-moving aesthetics industry.
Role Fit
This position is not a standard receptionist role. It is intended for someone who can actively represent the brand, contribute to the culture, and help deliver a seamless experience for everyone who interacts with the business.
Application Note
The ideal applicant will be impeccably presented, highly organised, people-oriented, and comfortable keeping multiple priorities on track in a busy office environment.
