What You Will Do

• Direct daily business activities to keep operations efficient and productive.
• Create, refine, and roll out operational procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Track how operations are performing and lead ongoing improvement efforts.
• Handle budgets, resources, and operating expenses in a disciplined way.
• Guide and support cross-functional teams so business goals are met.
• Review operational metrics and prepare performance updates for senior leadership.
• Make sure company standards, industry rules, and safety requirements are followed.
• Work closely with other departments to improve workflows and service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in operations management, business operations, or another comparable leadership position.
• Strong capability in leadership, organization, and making sound decisions.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience with performance monitoring, process improvement, and KPI tracking.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders well.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and ERP or other business management tools.
