About the Role

This opportunity is for an educator who is passionate about planning safe, enjoyable, and age-appropriate experiences for children. You will help create an inclusive setting where each child’s wellbeing, safety, and participation are supported.
Why Join the Y
- Work across a network of supportive OSHC services.
- Enjoy shift options that can be adapted to suit your lifestyle.
- Gain access to professional learning and career development within a major youth-focused organisation.
- Contribute meaningfully to your local community every day.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging activities for children aged 5 to 12 years.
- Provide attentive supervision and high-quality care.
- Build positive working relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
- Help uphold the National Quality Framework and the organisation’s safeguarding standards.
About You
You should be energetic, dependable, and genuinely enjoy working with children. A qualification in education or a related field is preferred, and you must hold a valid Working with Children Check. Current certifications in First Aid (HLTAID012), CPR (HLTAID009), and Child Protection (CHCPRT025/6) are also required.
