Role Overview

This Payroll Coordinator position begins as a 6-month contract and may be extended or turned into a permanent role. The role supports international and UK payroll administration, with a strong focus on accurate processing, compliance, system data quality, and timely handling of payroll transactions.

Payroll Administration

  • Support the billing team with client invoice disputes and related queries.
  • Help the Credit Control and Billing teams collect the information needed for invoicing and payments.
  • Keep accurate payment history records for foreign taxpayers and coordinate with the company accountant to meet monthly payment deadlines.

Payroll, Invoice, and Tax Support

  • Handle contractor payroll questions through phone, email, or letter.
  • Work with the billing team to resolve client invoice issues.
  • Assist finance-related teams with obtaining and checking billing information.
  • Review and record PAYE liabilities from monthly payroll reports and coordinate payment with Accounts by the due date.
  • Maintain foreign taxpayer pay records and work with the Company Account to ensure monthly deadlines are met.
