Role overview
An immediate permanent payroll opportunity is available in the Melville area. The role is full time and may be structured as a hybrid position.
Experience needed
Candidates should bring at least 5 years of payroll processing experience and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now. Experience processing payroll for as many as 1,000 employees is required.
Responsibilities
- Run payroll for a workforce of more than 500 employees.
- Use ADP to carry out payroll activities.
- Make sure payroll practices stay aligned with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience handling payroll processing.
Required skills
- Solid understanding of payroll compliance rules.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well-developed organizational abilities.
Preferred skills
- Prior exposure to a hybrid workplace setup.
- Comfort working effectively under pressure.
