Role Overview

The Pharmacist Manager will take charge of the pharmacy’s day-to-day running, making sure patients and customers receive dependable, high-quality pharmaceutical care. The role combines team leadership, service delivery, compliance oversight, stock control, and business performance management.

You will work closely with an experienced Retail Manager to drive operational results, support the team, and help the pharmacy grow in a safe and efficient way.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and keep service delivery running smoothly.
• Guide and support staff to maintain strong customer care standards.
• Ensure the pharmacy meets all professional, legal, and regulatory obligations.
• Monitor financial and operational outcomes and work toward agreed targets.
• Improve inventory control and maintain effective stock management practices.
• Identify and report any inconsistencies or discrepancies without delay.
• Implement practical initiatives that strengthen pharmacy performance and growth.
• Help maintain a collaborative, positive, and well-supported workplace.
