For the Hoisdorf site in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, BRUSS Sealing Systems GmbH is looking for a precision grinder (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Key responsibilities
- Independently performing surface and cylindrical grinding on precision parts for tool and mold construction
- Processing single pieces and small batches based on technical drawings and specifications
- Setting up, preparing, and operating conventional grinding machines
- Selecting suitable grinding wheels and defining the best machining parameters
- Measuring and checking finished components using standard measuring tools
- Maintaining tight dimensional tolerances and high-quality surface finishes
- Carrying out quality inspections in line with drawing and quality requirements
- Cleaning, servicing, and maintaining machines and tools used in production
What we're looking for
- Completed training as a toolmaker, machining mechanic, or a similar technical qualification
- Solid experience in precision grinding, especially surface and cylindrical grinding
- Good technical understanding and confident reading of technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, or height gauges
- Strong quality awareness and a careful, exact way of working
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Structured and focused approach to complex tasks
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts

The role is available on a full-time basis and is based onsite in Hoisdorf. The position is intended for immediate start. The working week is 37.5 hours. No internship duration is mentioned.
