Position Details
The opening is for a Private Equity Expert working remotely on a contract basis. The engagement pays $130 per hour and is expected to run for a minimum of four weeks. The role requires a commitment of 10+ hours each week.
What You Will Do
- Assess financial models and share feedback that helps improve AI model outputs.
- Check market sizing work and TAM analysis to make sure it fits investment strategy needs.
- Create detailed investment summaries and memos that support decision-making.
- Work on CIM preparation and due diligence tasks to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Handle NDA and legal documents efficiently to keep deal flow moving.
- Identify potential deals and offer strategic input on investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of private equity experience at top-tier firms is required.
- Strong background in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis is essential.
- Ability to prepare investment summaries and memos is needed.
- Experience with CIM creation and due diligence is required.
- Comfort handling NDA and legal paperwork is necessary.
- Experience sourcing deals is important.
Compensation and Terms
This is an hourly contractor position with weekly pay.
