Procurement Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, buying, supplier management, and broader supply chain coordination for operations in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. The role focuses on building efficient procurement strategies, controlling costs, and ensuring materials and services are delivered on time and in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the full procurement process from sourcing and commercial discussions through contracting and supplier performance review.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies that improve cost efficiency while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Manage supply chain activities such as planning, stock control, warehousing, and logistics coordination.
• Implement cost-saving measures through negotiation, value engineering, and the use of alternate sourcing options.
• Handle supplier management tasks including identification, screening, performance tracking, and supplier development.
• Maintain compliance with all contractual, commercial, and statutory obligations.
• Work closely with project, engineering, and finance teams to keep material movement smooth and budgets on track.
• Reduce supply chain exposure by building contingency plans and resolving issues proactively.
• Guide and develop procurement and supply chain team members to support strong performance and ongoing improvement.
• Track market movements, price changes, and supply-side risks to support sound purchasing decisions.
