Tarte Cosmetics is hiring a Production Coordinator to help manage product launch and replenishment activities. This position is suited to an early-career professional or recent graduate who wants practical exposure to production planning and supply chain operations in a fast-moving setting.

The right person will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable learning new processes with limited supervision. The role centers on keeping supplier inventory reconciliations accurate, creating and releasing shipments, maintaining purchase orders, monitoring production timelines, and helping ensure finished goods arrive on schedule across the supplier network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check monthly supplier inventory reports and reconcile them so production and shipping records stay accurate.
  • Help organize annual physical inventory counts with suppliers.
  • Create shipments, post them in the system, and complete production order closeouts.
  • Monitor production schedules to support on-time manufacturing and delivery of finished goods.
  • Prepare, issue, and update purchase orders for launch and replenishment needs in line with production plans and demand forecasts.
