Role overview
This position is a hands-on coordination and delivery role that sits between leadership decisions and day-to-day project execution. It is intended to strengthen structured working practices and help the business become more systems-led.
Primary purpose
- Keep strategic projects organized, monitored, tracked, and clearly reported.
- Strengthen execution, accountability, visibility, governance, and communication between departments.
- Make sure initiatives progress smoothly from planning through to completion, with clear ownership and follow-up.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination for land development, in-house construction work, technology initiatives, and other strategic projects.
- Track project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables to keep work on course.
- Prepare executive updates, including weekly dashboards and monthly performance reports.
- Assist with oversight of infrastructure, land development, and construction-related activities.
- Organize meetings, monitor action items, manage follow-ups, and reinforce project governance.
- Maintain project documentation and records so knowledge is retained within the organization rather than tied to specific individuals.

- Share of projects completed within the planned timeline.
- Rate of milestone achievement.
- Fewer delays and operational bottlenecks across projects.
- Accuracy and compliance of reporting.

Education and experience
Relevant backgrounds include Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management. The role calls for 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, land development, infrastructure, or operations. Experience in reporting, budget monitoring, contractor coordination, and executive-level communication is important. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or similar credentials would be an advantage.
